something new!

so i decided to try something new. i ordered a consultation from an online coach. something i myself have considered doing,(me doing the coaching) so i thought i would see how the experience goes being on the other end. kind of strange asking for advice, when you're the one that usually gives it. it's kind of humbling and nice though to ask for something and let some one else tell you what to do! that's not something i've ever been very good at. i think i need to try it more often. what would you like to try to improve upon?

so, i know it's hard to stay motivated about anything sometimes, especially working out. it's making the commitment that is key. you aren't allowed to complain about your body or health if you aren't willing to take responsibility for it. and do something about it. if you love yourself, you are sure to take full thanks, but if you don't like what the mirror is showing you, then you can find a million reasons why you don't have the look you desire! take action, accept, admit, respond commit, and have fun! learn to enjoy yourself and laugh at yourself. mental awareness and being in the now is key to any success! get up, get moving! blog ya later!!!!!

finally decided to blog! hope you'll join me. i'll put in my 2 cents on just about anything. i warn you, i usually have pretty strong views, and my interests are varied. but i am a fitness junkie, a life coach, and a pretty down to earth girl! i don't like to mince words, i believe you are responsible for your destination, and you have the right to change that destination anytime you want! life can be pretty fun and easy, but you have to decide what your priorities are and what your commitment level is. as long as you know that you are on a never ending hike up and down the mountains of life, you'll do just fine. that means that once you climb one mountain, you can bet there will be another one in front of you! that's ok, though, just enjoy the view, there will never be another one like it and what you see is exclusive to your eyes, because some one else will see it differently, guaranteed! see you around! have a beautiful day!!
