you've got to move it, move it!!
so, i know it's hard to stay motivated about anything sometimes, especially working out. it's making the commitment that is key. you aren't allowed to complain about your body or health if you aren't willing to take responsibility for it. and do something about it. if you love yourself, you are sure to take full thanks, but if you don't like what the mirror is showing you, then you can find a million reasons why you don't have the look you desire! take action, accept, admit, respond commit, and have fun! learn to enjoy yourself and laugh at yourself. mental awareness and being in the now is key to any success! get up, get moving! blog ya later!!!!!
